1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AccrediGo platform, website, and subscription services ("Services"). By accessing or using AccrediGo, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" / "Services" refers to AccrediGo and all related features.

• "User" / "You" refers to any individual or facility using AccrediGo.

• "Subscription" refers to paid plans that grant access to platform features.

• "Content" refers to documents, policies, templates, and data generated or uploaded.

3. Eligibility

To use AccrediGo:

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• You must have the authority to represent a facility (if registering on behalf of one).

4. Account Registration

To access services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You agree to:

• Keep login credentials confidential

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

• Notify us immediately if unauthorized access occurs

5. Service Plans & Commercial Structure

AccrediGo services are delivered through the Accreditation Lifecycle, which consists of four distinct phases. Each phase operates under its own defined commercial model, scope of services, billing rules, and entitlements. Access to services is strictly limited to the phase purchased and does not extend beyond its defined scope or duration.

5.1 Phase-Based Commercial Models

AccrediGo offers services under the following phase-specific commercial structures:

Phase 1 – Readiness Review

Phase 1 is offered as a one-time purchase.

Billing for this phase occurs once upon successful completion of payment. Access is granted solely for the duration and scope of the Readiness Review engagement. Phase 1 does not constitute a subscription and is not subject to recurring billing or renewal.

Phase 2 – Accreditation Execution

Phase 2 is offered as a subscription-based service.

Facilities may subscribe under one of the available subscription terms (monthly, 6-month, or 12-month). Each subscription term includes predefined allowances, quotas, storage limits, and support entitlements applicable only for the duration of the active subscription.

Phase 3 – Survey Preparation

Phase 3 is offered as a one-time project engagement.

This phase represents a focused, time-bound service that includes a full mock survey visit, final readiness validation, and support for the official accreditation application process. Billing for Phase 3 occurs once upon confirmation and payment of the project and does not constitute a subscription or recurring service.

Phase 4 – Continuous Monitoring

Phase 4 is offered as a subscription-based service for accredited facilities.

Subscriptions are available under monthly, 6-month, or 12-month terms and provide ongoing monitoring, updates, reporting, advisory services, and reaccreditation-related support for the duration of the active subscription.

5.2 Billing

Billing for all AccrediGo services begins immediately upon successful completion of payment.

• One-time purchases and project-based engagements (Phase 1 and Phase 3) are billed once and are not subject to renewal.

• Subscription-based services (Phase 2 and Phase 4) are billed according to the selected subscription term:

◦ Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

◦ 6-month and 12-month subscriptions are billed in full upfront for each respective term.

Access to services, features, and allowances is activated immediately upon payment in accordance with the applicable phase and plan.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Automatic renewal applies to all subscription-based plans, including monthly, 6-month, and 12-month subscriptions, unless canceled prior to the applicable renewal date.

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing cycle.

• 6-month subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each 6-month term.

• 12-month subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each 12-month term.

If a subscription is not canceled before its renewal date, the subscription will renew automatically for the same term, and the applicable fees will be charged.

One-time purchases and project-based engagements (including Phase 1 – Readiness Review and Phase 3 – Survey Preparation) are not subject to automatic renewal.

5.4 Upgrades & Downgrades

Subscription plan changes apply only to subscription-based phases (Phase 2 and Phase 4).

Customers may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time during an active subscription period. All upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately upon confirmation and successful processing of any applicable payment.

When a subscription plan is upgraded or downgraded:

• The current subscription plan is terminated immediately

• A new subscription plan is activated immediately

• Any unused allowances, quotas, storage capacity, or service entitlements from the previous plan are forfeited

• Allowances do not migrate, transfer, roll over, or convert between plans

Plan changes do not result in prorated refunds, credits, or extensions of service duration. Each subscription plan operates independently according to its own commercial rules, service limits, and applicable term.

6. Use of the Platform

You agree to use AccrediGo only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Copy, resell, or distribute platform content

• Reverse engineer software

• Upload harmful files or malware

• Use the platform competitively to build a similar product

• Share login access with unauthorized users

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Platform, including:

• Policy templates

• Gap analysis tools

• Documents library

• UI/UX

• Branding and graphics

...is owned exclusively by AccrediGo.

Users may:

• Download and use generated documents for internal facility use only

Users may NOT:

• Sell, publish, or resell any platform-generated content

8. User Content

You are responsible for all content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant AccrediGo permission to:

• Store it

• Process it

• Display it within your account

We do NOT claim ownership of your uploaded content.

9. Payment, Refund & Cancellation

Payments, refunds, and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party tools such as:

• Payment gateways

• Hosting providers

• Cloud storage services

We are not responsible for the performance of external providers.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

12. Service Availability

AccrediGo aims for high availability, but:

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime

• Scheduled maintenance may affect service temporarily

• Emergency downtime may occur

We are not liable for service interruptions.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Misuse the platform

• Provide false information

You may terminate your account at any time from your settings.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AccrediGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• AccrediGo does not guarantee accreditation results; we provide tools and guidance only.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of:

• The Arab Republic of Egypt

• Or your local jurisdiction (for international usage)
